Twin Cities Eats: Ground Coffee and Grand Cafe

A day out with mom shopping at the wonderful glocca-morra shop Your Lucky Day in the Kingfield neighborhood of Minneapolis.  I found some lovely Moroccan tea glasses for cocktails, and had the pleasure of enjoying a chai at Royal Grounds Coffee to warm me up.

We had lunch at Grand Cafe, an utterly unassuming spot from the outside, but a cozy and, well, hipstery vibe inside. 

And yet, a simple omelette, side salad with homemade anchovy dressing and half a buttered English muffin was exactly perfect.  One doesn't mind hipsters when their food tastes so good.
