Twin Cities Eats: Cook

Cook in St. Paul's East Side is a fun mix of made-from-scratch diner food and Korean. 

Love the lamps!

While I was originally thinking I'd have the bread pudding French toast with banana caramel sauce, I went to the lunch side of the menu and had the bi bim bap instead.  It's not super traditional, nor tremendously spicy, but for all intents and purposes a wonderful Korean lunch salad.  Highly recommended!
