I'm pretty sure this is the best time to see the statues. The shadows obscure and enhance features of these works of art, reminding you that you're dealing with something that is very three-dimensional.

I've been trying to find the name of the third photo down for a few weeks. I just got back with a travel study with my university and didn't get the name of this statue. It's one of my favorites and is across the hall from the Pysche and Eros gorgeous statue. Let me know please! Your photos are beautiful! Well done!
I did a reverse image search through google of my original photo and found that the third statue is Lorenzo Bartolini's "La Nymphe au scorpion" from 1845.
